Ablatherm in Canada

As in many centres in Europe, the team at Don Mills Hospital in Toronto, Canada has just been equipped with the new Ablatherm HIFU model. For them, this is a major advance in the technique to treat localised prostate cancer with focused ultrasound. Several patients from the USA have already been treated at the centre.
